To start a return, contact us at info@jocosa.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll get back to you with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, and should be sent back within 14 days of receiving the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 3–5 business days, with refunds issued to the original payment method.
