Jocosa has a 14-day return policy

You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back for a refund. For return requests, please submit your return by sending an email to: info@jocosa.com

Returning Condition

The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Jocosa takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Jocosa.

Processing time for returns

Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.

Guarantee

We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Jocosa products comes with a one year guarantee. We offer a full manufacturer's guarantee against defects. We will happily repair your product in as timely a period as possible.
